LONGi Hi-MO X6 Artist 425M Ultra Black

Hi-MO X6 Artist Ultra Black, the module with a 360-degree pure black appearance. LONGi achieves this new level of blackness through a special glass surface structure and a premium cell selection process with automated optical inspection (AOI) during the manufacturing process. In addition, the dual-glass module has a thicker glass front and Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) film for encapsulating the module, providing higher reliability and safety. The bifacial features make the module suitable for a variety of PV application scenarios on roofs, such as carports and winter gardens. With LONGi's high-efficiency HPBC (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) technology, the modules generate up to 1.54% more power than TOPCon modules in low light conditions, extending the number of hours of power generation per day. The Hi-MO X6 Artist Ultra Black module series is LONGi's answer to the growing demand for aesthetically pleasing solar panels in the residential sector and is now available in Europe. The module generates up to 435Wp at an efficiency of 22.3% and comes with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year power warranty. 

What is an HPBC 2.0 cell? 

The HPBC 2.0 cell is a next-gen solar cell developed by LONGi. It helps generate more electricity from sunlight, even in cloudy conditions or when the panel isn't ideally positioned. 

The key differences from standard cells: 

  • No silver lines on the front of the cell (normally visible), allowing more light absorption. 
  • Smarter back design for better current flow and extended lifespan. 
  • Made using a special silicon wafer (TaiRay wafer) and without traditional solder lines (0BB structure) for a cleaner look and improved performance.
